DYING BREATH:
A Breathplay Workshop with Lana Porter
Monday 14 September 2026
19:00 - 21:45
-
Exploring our relationship with death is ultimately about our relationship with freedom.
When the ultimate liberation comes to claim us, how will we meet it?
Working on ourselves to live well is missing the point that one day we will need to die well, to let go in entirety, to surrender completely. In this session, you will receive an educational lecture on the neuroscience of near-death experiences, altered states of consciousness, and how to use breath to play between the realms of life and death; to receive lessons from the darkness, the stillness. We will engage in a circular breathwork practice, a breathing pattern which transiently reduces oxygen supply to the brain, in a safe and controllable fashion. Other times in our life when we experience transient oxygen deprivation are passing the birth canal, and the process of dying. How can encountering the portal that flanks this existence provide perspective on how we can let go even deeper, surrender even wilder? How can it reveal to us what entanglements are ripe for release, and what attachments will confine us when liberation is offered?
Integrating lessons from the darkness may help us walk in step with death as the contour of our life, not in resistance to it.This workshop is for those long to look into the dark, who fear not the taboo of finality, or are interested in perspectives from the other side.
Workshop flow:
Neuroscience lecture on the relationship between life, breath, death, and consciousness. You’ll learn about how certain forms of breath can induces transient and controllable encounters with the portal between life & death. You’ll learn about the neuroscience of altered states of consciousness, near death experiences, and high ventilation forms of breathwork
Embodied partner exercises: you will have the opportunity to encounter your relationship to death as you carry it within you and to deepen your relationship to your living breath
80-minute circular breathwork session, an embodied meditation guided by my voice and music, you’ll be invited to breathe faster and deeper than on a daily basis, and to surrender to bodies impulse.
Somatic partner exercises may include:
physical touch to the chest or rib and diaphragm area
intimate encounters to deeply held emotions
Contraindications: Circular breathwork is not suitable for anyone who is currently pregnant, has a history of epilepsy, or any untreated cardio vascular disease, glycoma, high blood pressure, pregnancy, thyroid condition, bipolar or schizophrenia, or aneurysm.

Taking place at STÜCK London, this conversation will explore the making of FLIP FLOP, the artists' collaborative process, and the themes that connect their practices, from photography and publishing to queer identity, intimacy and visual storytelling.

Open Haus
Thursday 30 July 2026
18:30 - 23:00
-
STÜCK proposes an alternative to conventional nightlife - an embassy for softness and sobriety, intentionally built for everyone chewed by the heavy logistics of nightlife culture, providing an interim space between home, work and Berghain.
Living in London means relocation to the fringes, club spaces are on the decline and cultural offerings are bound to pay per joy ticketing models. STÜCK is a grassroots project born from our tears and rubber cuddles questioning yourselfs, why go hard for 8h if we can go soft daily.
In a post sex-positive rave boom world that even Walmart seeks to ethos brand to, STÜCK dials back to the essential of human connection in urban spaces, adopting a new shape diluted from a club and playground. Internationally, physically and intellectually.
STÜCK OPEN HAUS is our open invitation to experience STÜCK. These socials are free - a chance to step into the space, meet the community, and get a feel for what we’re building. Expect good people, conversation, connection, exploration of the members area, and a softer introduction to STÜCK’s world. Whether you come to socialise, or simply want to see what this space is about and ask us about the vision.

CON/SENSUAL PLAYGROUND
by Lidia Ravviso
Monday 27 July 2026
19:00 - 21:30
-
The session invites participants to reflect on how our relationships are shaped by the ways we connect, communicate, and care for one another. Through the lenses of desire, consent, vulnerability, and power dynamics, we explore new possibilities for relating with awareness and integrity.
The workshop brings together a crossing of disciplines — drawing from consentled practices, BDSM practices, somatic movement, and holistic approaches to embodiment — creating a space where pleasure, presence, and communication become tools for deeper relational awareness.
Through guided activities, dialogue, movement, and embodied exploration, we will:
• Reflect on how needs and desires shape our everyday interactions
• Cultivate practices that foster empathy, trust, and deep listening
• Explore how vulnerability and honesty can become sources of strength rather than risk
By the end of the workshop, participants will leave not only with practical tools for navigating consent, but also with a renewed perspective on how respect, curiosity, and collaboration can deepen the quality of our relationships.
The workshop balances reflection with playful exploration and may include:
• Interactive and physical exercises
• Dialogue and collective reflection
• Movement and embodied practices • Consensual play
All practices are gentle, optional, and designed to meet participants wherever they are in their personal journey.
What to bring
• A yoga mat
• A water bottle
• A notebook and a pen
This workshop is open to people of all genders and backgrounds. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward xenophobia, homophobia, ableism, or any form of discrimination. The venue is fully accessible and includes an accessible bathroom, cloakroom, and changing room. There is a sober bar.
Duration: 2.45h

Over the past decade, Lidia has been one of the pioneers in Italy exploring pornography from a female and queer perspective. She is the co-founder of the Italian collective Girls of Porn, within which she directed her first erotic short film, Insight, a work that received numerous international awards and contributed to opening new conversations around sexuality, authorship, and representation.
Later, she collaborated with multi-award-winning producer Erika Lust, with whom she wrote and directed two short films and the feature The Listener, which won Best European Feature at the XBIZ Awards in 2021. As a film producer and director, Lidia’s work explores female and queer perspectives on sexuality and has been presented at international festivals, featured in magazines, and discussed in academic publications.
She is the Artistic Director of Uncensored, an interdisciplinary art festival exploring pornography at the intersection of art, politics, and activism. Exhibition Opening at STÜCK
Thursday 23 July 2026
18:00 - 21:00

When she dresses in latex, this dynamic takes on material form. The submissive looks at her and finds their own reflection warped across her body. To photograph a pro dominatrix is to step into role-play. It requires looking through the submissive’s gaze and engaging in the power dynamic the image seeks to evoke. Here, the model is also a client, with a strong understanding of how they wish to stage their authority.
The resulting images are shaped through collaboration, trust, and clearly articulated boundaries. Working among her peers, Hannah Louise photographs from a position of proximity rather than observation. As digital platforms systematically erase sex workers while laundering their aesthetic labour for mainstream consumption, this exhibition insists on the necessity of self-authored physical spaces created from within the industry.
Featuring work by photographer Hannah Louise, curated by Barbara Kaczmarczyk.

18:30 - 21:30

ach workshop explores a distinct approach while sharing a common methodology: using creative practices as a way of generating knowledge and exploring intimacy with ourselves, our relationships, and the communities we inhabit.
Participants are invited to deepen self-awareness, foster meaningful connections, and reflect on the collective experiences that shape our lives through the process of image-making rather than technical ability. The focus is on experimentation, reflection, and discovery.
The third workshop is presented in collaboration with Uncensored Festivaland explores the creation of explicit content.
The series can be attended as a complete journey or as individual workshops.
All levels of experience are welcome
Workshop 1: Exploring The Self — Desire & Self-ExpressionThis workshop is clothed. Kink expression and representation are welcome; partial nudity may be negotiated between participants.
This workshop takes desire as its starting point; not as a fixed category, but as a source of knowledge and a creative, expressive language. Through a series of exercises leading towards self-portraiture, participants will explore The Self through themes of play, kink, power, identity and embodiment.
The aim is not representation but exploration: using photography to give form to aspects of ourselves that rarely find space in everyday life.
This event is open to people of all genders and backgrounds. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward xenophobia, homophobia, ableism, or any form of discrimination. The venue is fully accessible and includes an accessible bathroom, cloakroom, and changing room. There is a sober bar.
This event is part of Stück cultural programme curated by Lidia Ravviso.
